Ingredients
4 Pork chops, bone in
1 Onion, sliced
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 Cup flour
3 Cups chicken broth
2 Teaspoons paprika
2 Teaspoons garlic powder
1 Teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Instructions
Place the pork chops in the bottom of crockpot, add the sliced onion and the minced garlic on top of the pork.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the flour together with the chicken stock until blended. Stir in the mustard and the spices before pouring over the pork chops. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Once ready, remove the pork chops from the crockpot and serve with the gravy.
