Ingredients
3 Pounds pork ribs
2 Tablespoons instant minced onion
OR
2 Teaspoons minced onion or onion powder
1 Teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Cup water
1 1/2 Cups barbecue sauce
Instructions
Combine onion, red pepper, cinnamon, and garlic powder. Rub mixture into ribs. Place in crockpot and pour water around ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours. Remove ribs from crockpot. Drain and discard liquid. Return ribs to crockpot and pour barbecue sauce over them. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 additional hour.
