Ingredients
6 Medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 Medium onion, chopped
8 Ounces cooked ham, cubed
4 Ounces shredded American cheese
10 3/4 Ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Cups milk
1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon thyme leaves
Instructions
In crockpot layer: 1/2 potatoes, onion, ham and cheese. Repeat layers. In small bowl, mix soup, milk and thyme. Pour over potatoes. Cover, cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Reduce heat to LOW and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender.
