Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 (15 oz) Jar marinara sauce
8 Ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (14 oz) Can diced tomatoes with seasonings, undrained
1 (15 oz) Can tomato sauce
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
1 (9 oz) Package refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 Cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Brown ground beef together with onions in nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until beef is browned. Drain thoroughly. Mix all ingredients except tortellini and cheese in a 4 to 5 quart crockpot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Add tortellini, stir to combine then sprinkle with cheese. Cover crockpot and cook on LOW for 15-20 minutes or until tortellini is tender and cheese is melted.
