In large pan, cook tortellini as package directs. Drain and return to pan. Meanwhile, cook bacon in medium skillet until crisp. Discard fat. To skillet, add the olive oil and pressed garlic clove. Cook over low heat 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add the white wine vinegar. In small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, heavy cream, pepper and parsley. Add bacon and cheese mixture to tortellini and toss until well coated. Serve at once.
