Ingredients
2 Eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 Teaspoon parsley
2 Tablespoons grated Romano cheese
4 Tablespoons grated bread crumbs
Instructions
Beat eggs. Add salt and pepper, parsley, Romano cheese and bread crumbs. If necessary, add more cheese and bread crumbs so egg mixture is not watery. Fry by teaspoonfuls in hot grease in frying pan. When egg balls are brown on all sides, drop into simmering tomato sauce. Serve with spaghetti.
