Ingredients

1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, softened
1 Cup margarine, softened
1 1/2 Cups sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla
4 Eggs
2 1/4 Cups flour
1 Cup fruit cocktail, drained
1 1/2 Teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

Mix cream cheese, margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Fold in flour and baking powder. Stir in fruit cocktail.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325�F for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Drizzle with icing sugar glaze when cool.
