Ingredients
1/2 Pound small mushrooms
1/8 Cup butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
1 Cup milk
1 Bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 Tablespoon hot water
1/2 Tablespoon onion, grated
Salt & pepper to taste
3 Eggs
Instructions
Wash and slice mushrooms, stems included. Saut� in butter for 5 minutes.
Stir in flour, milk, bouillon, onion, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until thick. Pour into a baking dish. Sauce should be 1" deep. Drop eggs into sauce. Slip spoon underneath egg so that it will sink slightly into sauce.
Bake in 350F oven until eggs are consistency desired.
