Summer squash
Chopped onion
Rotel diced tomatoes
Montreal steak seasoning
Instructions
Thinly slice squash, add thinly sliced or chopped onions, and one or two cans of Rotel* diced tomatoes and green chiles. (Half a crockpot full, one can, full crockpot, two cans). Season with Montreal Steak seasoning, cook on either Low or High. The longer it cooks, the better it tastes, I like it when it's nearly mush!
*Note: If you like, you may use the off brands, too. If you aren't accustomed to Rotel, it's often spicy; they do make extra mild to extra hot.
