Ingredients
3 Pounds collard, mustard or turnip greens or a mixture of all
1/4 Pound sliced seasoned pork belly (salt pork)
8 Red potatoes, quartered
2 White onions, sliced
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 Cups water
1/8 Cup vinegar
Instructions
Place half the pork in the bottom of large crock pot. Strip large stems from collard leaves then tear leaves into small pieces and stuff into pot. Add remaining ingredients then cover and cook on LOW for 10 hours.
Serve with Cornbread.
