Ingredients
1 Head broccoli, cut into florets
1/2 Large onion, diced
1/2 Can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Soup can chicken broth
4 Ounces cream cheese
4 Ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
Put broccoli in crockpot and top with onion.
Whisk soup and broth together until smooth, blend in cream cheese.
Pour over broccoli and onions, top with Monterey Jack cheese.
Cook on LOW about 4 hours.
The "gravy" is excellent over mashed potatoes.
You can add additional mushrooms or green onions to this also.
