Ingredients

2 to 4 Turkey thighs, skinless, boneless
10 to 20 Ounces frozen corn
1/2 Cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup onion, sliced
1 Can creamed corn
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper
Paprika, mixed hot and regular

Instructions

Place the vegetables in the bottom of the crockpot that fits your amount of meat best. Put the turkey thighs on top pour the frozen corn on top of that and sprinkle on the spices. Cook on HIGH for an hour or two until you see the juices from the vegetables and meat starting to fill in around them. Pour the creamed corn on top and cook until done. Remove meat and bones. Chop the meat into bite size pieces and return to the crockpot. Stir to blend. Serve with mashed potatoes or a good hearty bread.
