Ingredients
1/2 Head of cabbage, chopped
1 Small zucchini, sliced thick
1 Small yellow squash sliced thick
5 Carrots, peeled & chopped
2 Cups frozen corn
1 (15 oz) Can red kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 (15 oz) Can northern beans, drained & rinsed
15 oz can baby lima beans, drained & rinsed
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can of French onion soup
2 (15 oz) Cans diced tomatoes with basil oregano & garlic
1 (46 oz) Can tomato juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a 6 quart or bigger crockpot and stir well.
Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
