Ingredients

1 Pound lean ground beef
1 (48 oz) Can tomato-vegetable juice cocktail
2 (16 oz) Packages frozen�mixed vegetables

Instructions

Brown ground beef until crumbly; drain fat. Add V-8 juice�and mixed vegetables. Cook 1 hour on HIGH then reduce heat to LOW and�continue cooking for 6 to 8 hours.
