Ingredients

1 (46 oz) Can V-8 vegetable juice
2 (16 oz) Packages frozen mixed vegetables
1 Pound ground beef cooked & drained
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 Teaspoons dried minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

In a 5 quart crockpot, combine the first five ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or until heated through. Season with salt & pepper.
