Ingredients
2 Large potatoes, peeled & sliced
3 Medium carrots, sliced
1 1/2 Cups frozen peas
2 Medium onions, sliced & separated
3 Celery stalks, sliced
Seasoned salt, to taste
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 1/2 Pounds lean ground beef, browned
1 (10 oz) Can tomato soup
1 (10 oz) Can water
Instructions
Brown ground beef. Place layers of vegetables in order given into crockpot. Season each layer with pepper and seasoned salt. Put browned ground beef on top of celery. Combine soup and water together and pour over beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
