Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds lean ground beef
1 (1 oz) Envelope taco seasoning
2 (15 oz) Cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz) Can chili beans, liquid reserved
1 (15 oz) Can whole kernel corn, drained
1 Cup water
Crushed tortilla chips
Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

In skillet, brown ground beef until it is no longer pink. Place in crockpot. Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, chili beans, corn and 1 cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or on HIGH for 1 to 2 hours. Serve over crushed tortilla chips and sprinkle some grated cheddar cheese on top of each serving.
