Ingredients

4 Cups chicken broth
1 Pound smoked Polish sausage, cut into 1/2" slices
1 (16 oz) Can sauerkraut, rinsed & well drained
2 Cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 Cups potatoes, cubed
1 Can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/2 Cups onion, chopped
2 Carrots, chopped
2 Celery ribs, chopped
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 Teaspoons dill weed
1 Teaspoon sugar
1/4 Teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in crockpot, cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
