Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef, browned & drained
2 Cans tomato soup
2 (8 oz) Cans diced tomatoes
2 Green peppers, seeded & chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 (5.6 oz) Package Spanish rice mix, uncooked
Grated parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except rice mix and Parmesan cheese in crockpot; cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours until peppers and onion are soft. Prepare rice mix as package directs; stir into soup. Cover and cook on LOW for an additional hour; serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
