Ingredients
1 Pound cooked smoked sausage, halved lengthwise & cut into 1/2" slices
1 Pound frozen loose-pack diced hash brown potatoes with onion & peppers
1 (16 oz) jar sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
2 Tablespoons stone ground mustard
3 (14 oz) Cans chicken broth
Instructions
In a 4 to 6 quart crockpot place sausage, frozen potatoes, sauerkraut, and mustard. Pour broth over all. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
