Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef
1 (10 oz) Package frozen corn
1 Cup potatoes, cubed
1 Cup celery, thinly sliced
1 Cup carrots, sliced
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
2 Cups water
2 Cubes beef bouillon
3/4 Teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 (16 oz) Jar processed cheese sauce

Instructions

Brown ground beef and drain. Put all ingredients except the cheese sauce in a crockpot, cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Add cheese sauce and gently stir until well blended.
