Ingredients
1 Cup barley
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can roasted garlic chicken broth
3 Green onions, thinly sliced
4 to 6 Ounces fresh or canned mushrooms, sliced
Salt or seasoned salt to taste
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
2 Teaspoons butter
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
