Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) Packages cream cheese, softened & cut into cubes
4 Cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
1 Cup half and half
2 Tablespoons mustard
1 Tablespoon onion, chopped
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 Pound bacon, cooked & crumbled

Instructions

Combine cream cheese, Colby Jack cheese, half and half, mustard, onion, Worcestershire, salt and pepper sauce in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, or until cheese melts. Stir in bacon; adjust seasonings as desired. Serve with crust bread or fruit and vegetable dippers.
