Ingredients
2 (151/2 oz) Great northern beans, rinsed & drained
2 (15 oz) Cans black beans, rinsed & drained
1 Cup onion, chopped
1 Cup barbecue sauce
1/4 Cup packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon ground mustard
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoons chili powder
1 to 1 1/4 Pounds fully cooked smoked Polish sausage
Instructions
Spray 3 to 4 quart crockpot with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except sausage in crockpot. Place sausage ring on bean mixture, cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
