Ingredients
1 Pound ground chuck
1 Large green bell pepper, diced
1 Large onion, diced
1 Pound kielbasa sausage, thinly sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz) Can tomato soup, undiluted
1 (14 1/4 oz) Can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (10 oz) Can diced tomato & green chilies, undrained
4 (16 oz) Cans pinto beans, undrained
4 (15 oz) Cans pork & beans, undrained
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
2 Cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Saut� ground chuck, green pepper and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain and add to a 5 quart crockpot.
Brown kielbasa in the skillet, drain and add to the crockpot. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Covered and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. Stir in cheese just before serving.
