Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef, partially cooked
4 Cups frozen shredded hash browns
1 (16 oz) Can cut green beans, drained
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 Can cream of celery soup
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can stewed tomatoes, un-drained

Instructions

Partially cook the ground beef; salt and pepper to taste and drain. Place in crockpot. Combine and add to crockpot the hash browns, green beans and onion.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the parsley flakes, celery soup and undrained stewed tomatoes. Add this soup mixture to beef/potato mixture. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
