Ingredients
2 Pounds red potatoes, peeled & quartered
2 (8 oz) Packages of cream cheese, softened
1 Can of cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 Envelope buttermilk ranch dressing mix
Instructions
Place potatoes in bottom of crockpot, in separate bowl blend cream cheese, soup, and dressing mix until creamy. Add to potatoes and mix until all potatoes are covered. Cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.
