Ingredients
1 Onion, sliced into rings
2 1/2 Pound pork loin roast
1 Cup hot water
1/4 Cup sugar
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon ketchup
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
Splash of hot sauce
Instructions
Place onions on the bottom of the crockpot.
Place the roast on top.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 - 6 hours or until internal temperature reaches 145�F.
Allow to rest 10 minutes before carving.
