Ingredients

1/4 Cup flour
6 Pork chops
1 Tablespoon oil
1 1/2 Cups cream mushroom soup
1 1/2 Cups sweet & sour sauce*
1 1/2 Cups cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 Cups chicken rice soup
1 1/2 Cups BBQ sauce

Instructions

Place the flour in a flat bowl, and coat both sides of the pork chops in the flour. In a skillet, add the tablespoon oil over medium high heat and add pork chops, cook until browned, flip and repeat on other side. Place the pork chops in a crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
*Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients
1/3 Cup vinegar (rice vinegar works best)
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon ketchup
1 Teaspoon soy sauce
4 Teaspoon water
2 Teaspoon cornstarch
Preparation
In a large saucepan, add the vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup and soy sauce and bring to a boil. In a small bowl, combine the water and cornstarch, stir until dissolved. Reduce heat and add the cornstarch mixture. Cook over medium high heat until thickened.
