Ingredients
1/2 Cup flour
1 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
7 Lean pork chops
2 Tablespoons oil
1 Can chicken & rice soup
Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients. Coat pork chops with flour mixture. Fry in oil in skillet, until browned on both sides. Place in crockpot. Pour soup over the chops; cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
