Ingredients
1 (28 oz) Package frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
2 Cups fully cooked ham, cubed
1 Jar diced pimentos, drained
1 Can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
3/4 Cup milk
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions
Combine potatoes, ham and pimentos in crockpot. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, salt, and pepper, pour over potato mixture. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
