Ingredients
3 Pounds pork ribs
2 Tablespoons minced onion or onion powder
1 Teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 Cup water
1 1/2 Cups barbecue sauce
Instructions
Combine onion, red pepper, cinnamon, and garlic powder. Rub mixture into ribs. Place in slow cooker and pour water around ribs. Cover and cook on LOW 7to 8 hours. Remove ribs from slow cooker. Drain and discard liquid. Return ribs to slow cooker and pour barbecue sauce over them. Cover and cook on low 1 hour.
