Ingredients

2 Tablespoons chicken broth
6 Pork loin chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
2 Teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (21 ounce) Can apple pie filling, divided

Instructions

Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Add broth to skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet. Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Combine lemon juice, bouillon granules, cinnamon and half the apple pie filling in crockpot and mix well. Place pork chops on top. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours. Spoon the remaining apple pie filling into a bowl and heat in microwave on High until warm, serve with pork chops.
