Ingredients
1 Pound Italian sausage
1 Onion, chopped
1 (26 oz) Jar spaghetti sauce
2 (4 oz) Cans mushrooms drained
1 (14 oz) Can diced tomatoes undrained
1 (15 oz) Can tomato sauce
1 (9 oz) Package refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 Cup shredded Mozzarella
Instructions
Brown the sausage together with onions stirring frequently until sausage is browned. Drain thoroughly. Mix all ingredients except tortellini and cheese in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Add tortellini. Stir to combine then sprinkle with cheese. Cover crockpot and cook on LOW for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
