Ingredients

2 Pounds of ground chuck or beef
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 (28 ounce) Can of stewed tomatoes
1 (16 ounce) Can of tomato sauce
1 1/2 Cups of water
2 1/2 Teaspoons of chili powder (or to taste)
2 Teaspoons of seasoned salt (to taste)
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 Cups of uncooked rice
3 Stalks celery, chopped

Instructions

Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours. If desired, stir in cheese or sprinkle on top.
