Ingredients

1 (3 lb) Beef chuck roast
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can French onion coup
1 (10 3/4 oz) Beef consume
Salt & pepper to taste
4 Cups beef broth
1 (24 oz) Bag frozen home-style egg noodles
Optional
1 Cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

Pour soup and consume into a 6 quart or larger crockpot, add chuck roast and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
Remove the roast carefully from the crockpot and set aside.
Add broth to the crockpot and turn to HIGH.
Shred the roast with two forks and return back to your crockpot.
Add frozen home-style egg noodles and stir until the noodles are covered in liquid then cook on HIGH for 60 to 90 minutes.
Stir well and taste for seasoning, adding salt & pepper if necessary.
Stir in Greek yogurt before serving if desired.
