Ingredients
2 Cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 Cup onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon margarine
1 Cup smoked sausage, diced
1 Cup cooked ham, diced
1 Can cream style corn
1 Can whole kernel corn
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
2 Cups milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on LOW for 4 to 4 1/2 hours. Serve with crackers of your choice, or with Jalapeno cornbread.
