Ingredients
2 Pounds ground beef, browned & drained
1 (30 ounce) Can kidney beans, drained
1 (30 ounce) Can whole tomatoes, drained & chopped
4 Tablespoons chili powder
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 1/2 Teaspoons cumin powder
2 Teaspoons salt
1 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Large onion, coarsely chopped
6 Ounces black olives, pitted & drained
1/2 Cup water
Instructions
Brown and drain ground round in skillet. Place all ingredients into crockpot and mix thoroughly. Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top. Can be frozen.
