Ingredients

5 Chicken thighs, boneless & skinless
1 Envelope dry onion soup mix
2 Small sour cream containers
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Small package frozen mixed vegetables
1 Box angel hair pasta, or desired pasta shape

Instructions

Combine soup mix, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup in crockpot. Break up frozen brick of mixed vegetables. Add them in the crockpot and mix. Add chicken, pushing it down so it is submerged in the sauce. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
After 8 hours, take chicken out and using a fork, shred the chicken. Turn the crockpot down to warm or if you are going to eat this now, turnoff. Stir the liquid with vegetables. DO NOT add flour to thicken!!!!!!! Add shredded chicken back into the crockpot. THIS WILL NOW THICKEN on it's own. Make the pasta as directed; spoon chicken onto pasta as desired.
