Ingredients
1/3 Cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut into thin strips
1/2 Pound bag frozen cauliflower, thawed
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 Cup white wine
2 Tablespoons water
1/2 Teaspoon crushed red pepper (more for spicy dish)
2 Pounds chicken thighs
Instructions
Spray crockpot. Add all but chicken and stir well. Add chicken and mix together. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
