Ingredients
4 to 5 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 Can cream of cheddar soup
2 Cans cream of chicken soup
2 Teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 Cup water
1/2 Onion, diced
2 Celery ribs, sliced thin
2 Carrots, sliced thin
2 Cups broccoli florets cut into bite size pieces
Instructions
Place chicken in crockpot and add water. Mix together soups, garlic powder, water and any veggies. Pour mixture over chicken, cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
Comments: Comes out rich and the sauce is great on mashed potatoes or bread! Chicken is just falling apart so use a slotted spoon to serve. Also good served over rice.
