Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds cubed chicken, pork or beef
1/2 Cup Italian dressing
1 Cup uncooked rice
1 Can cream soup, any flavor
1 Can diced tomatoes, any style
1 Cup chicken broth
Instructions
Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for about 2 hours in the Italian dressing. Pour remaining marinade into the bottom of the crockpot. Add rice and tomatoes. Mix cream soup and water/broth until smooth. Pour over everything in the crockpot. Mix together. Add meat. Cook on High for about 3 hours. Stir occasionally after the first hour so that the rice cooks evenly.
