Ingredients
4 Large peppers, cleaned & seeded
2 Pounds hamburger
2 Cups raw white rice
2 (26 oz) Jars spaghetti sauce
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
2 Tablespoons dried chopped onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix hamburger, rice, Italian seasoning, onion seasoning, salt & pepper, and about 1/2 cup of sauce together.
Stuff mixture into peppers filling 3/4 of the way; rice will plump and fill it completely.
Coat bottom of crockpot with some sauce and place peppers in standing up.
Cover peppers with remaining spaghetti sauce.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours or LOW for 8 to 9 hours.
Just before serving you can place shredded mozzarella on top of peppers for some added taste. Serve with a fresh Italian bread and salad!
