Ingredients

2 Pounds stewing meat, cut into 1" cubes
1 Large sliced onion
1 Minced garlic clove
1/2 Cup catsup
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoons paprika
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 Cup flour
1 Cup cold water
Noodles or rice

Instructions

Place the meat in the crockpot. Cover with the onion slices. Combine the garlic, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika, and mustard together. Add the water and stir, then pour over the meat and onion slices. Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 10 hours. Turn temperature to high heat. Dissolve the flour in the water and stir into the meat mixture. Cook on HIGH for 10 - 15 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened. Serve the goulash over cooked noodles or rice.
