Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 (14 ounce) Can fat free beef broth
1 (12 ounce) Can roast beef
2 Teaspoon minced garlic
1 (6 1/2 ounce) Can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 Cup fat free sour cream
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Spray crockpot with nonfat cooking spray. Turn cooker on high. Put macaroni and beef broth in the cooker, making sure all pasta is covered with broth. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours. Stir in roast beef, minced garlic, mushrooms, and sour cream. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes, or until everything is completely heated. Salt and pepper to taste.
