Ingredients
2 to 3 Cups cut-up beef, cooked, (stew beef works well)
2 (10 oz) Packages frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/4 Cup butter or margarine, melted
1 Cup gravy or beef broth
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours.
