Ingredients

1 Package dry onion soup mix
3 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 Teaspoon thyme
1 Bay leaf
2 Pounds cubed beef
12 Ounces beer

Instructions

Combine all but beer in crockpot. Toss until meat is well coated with ingredients. Pour beer over meat and stir. Place lid on crockpot and cook on HIGH for 5 to 6 hours or LOW 8 to 10 hours.
Remove bay leaf. Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
