Ingredients
2 to 3 Pound beef roast
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 (24 to 30 oz) Jar pepperoncini
Instructions
Score the beef with a knife, then place the minced garlic in the slits on the beef; place beef roast and garlic into a crockpot. Pour the peppers and their liquid over the roast. Cover, and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours or HIGH 6 to 8 hours.
