Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 Cup onion, chopped
12 Bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
2 (16 oz) Cans pork & beans
1 (16 oz) Cans kidney beans
1 (16 oz) Cans butter beans, drained
1 Cup ketchup
1/4 Cup packed brown sugar
3 Tablespoons white vinegar
1 Teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Instructions
In a skillet, cook the beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a 3 quart crockpot. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or until heated through.
