Ingredients

1 Pound chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cut into 1" pieces
1 (15 oz) Can red kidney beans, canned, rinsed & drained
1 (15 oz) Can tomato sauce
2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes
1 (4 1/2 oz) Can mushrooms, drained
1 Medium green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
1/2 Cup celery, chopped
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Cup water
1 Teaspoon dry Italian seasoning
6 Ounces spaghetti noodles, uncooked, broken into halves

Instructions

Place all ingredients except spaghetti in crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Turn to HIGH, stir in spaghetti and cover. Stir again after 10 minutes.
Cover and cook 45 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
